I highly recommend taking Sudha’s help with mental health issues. She was helpful and empathetic in the sessions I took with her. I started seeing Dr. Sudha Shashwati as I had been putting my mental health issues on the backburner for several years and had finally wanted to start dealing with them. I specifically needed tools to deal with my depression, anxiety, grief and childhood trauma.
