Would you be willing to explore what living a life of zest and vitality can feel like? One in which despite the ups and downs of life, you can still feel grateful for being alive and live with purpose and contentment?
If any of the above resonates, I’m here to help. I have spent the last 10+ years sitting in therapy rooms with these hopes and concerns, often bearing witness to stories that don’t find much room to breathe elsewhere. I’m trained in Clinical Psychology from TISS, Mumbai, have a doctorate in Psychology from University of Delhi, and a few super-specialisations (trauma focused ACT, QACP and more) for working with adults of all age groups. I specialize in transdiagnostic, process based work that blends depth and structure, uniquely tailored to be effective for Indian clients.
My approach is rooted in communicating deep care and respect, acknowledging the role of hegemonic systems in individual and family distress, working with my clients' existing strengths, body awareness, and empowerment long after therapy has ended.
